Rooms are awesome, space is great for rest and work. I would put 4 toweks from the get go so customers don't have to request them but otherwise hotel is pristine. Breakfast was delicious, just add some fruit and granola and you are golden.

Positive: Clean, friendly staff. Accommodating. Negative: Only wish it was a little closer to where my son played basketball. But still great experience.

Very Nice Hotel! Love the way the rooms are set up. King bed w a trundle. My teenage grandson brought a friend so the trundle worked out perfect- beds were so comfortable- everything was so clean. Staff was very friendly & the free breakfast was delicious ! A lot of choices. Coffee was nice & strong! Nearby Mexican restaurant El Azteca, was delicious. Only 5 minutes from Iowa State Cyclones Stadium - wow! So impressive! Highly recommend!

We were actually pleasantly surprised. My wife is very OCD/Clean freak.. and she was too. We were very comfortable, rooms were spacious & had a good lay out. The front desk staff was friendly + helpful. The breakfast was good! The pool was clean and we had fun! It is a smaller pool though. The beds were comfortable too! We truly did enjoy our stay! The only feedback we could give is have the housekeepers clean the bathroom floors + around the trim a little better. But once again my wife owns a cleaning business and notices everything! Other than that we were happy. We would stay here again! We did have a 2 year old with us as well and it was quiet! Thanks!!

RUN, don't walk, from this atrocious hotel. Where do I start? The room was not clean. There was evidence of the last guest. Neither the internet, nor the TV worked. I was placed in a room directly next to another guest in an otherwise empty corridor, despite my request for a room farther from others and the front desk assuring me this was easily accomodatable. The breakfast was atrocious. The main course was pre-wrapped Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that were both soggy and incredibly hard on the bottom, as if microwaved for far too long. All I was able to eat was an apple and a yogurt. The most upsetting part? After I left, I found a fraudulent charge I never consented to.
