Iowa House

It was great and we will be back! They offered us gluten free pancakes for breakfast which was a real treat! Coffee was good, beds were comfy, rooms were quiet, and it was super clean.

Interesting bed and breakfast, apparently converted from a fraternity house. Excellent location and great communication for arrival with touchpad codes. Breakfast provided was generous but the management ignored requests for an egg-free option. Rooms and baths felt dated, but were comfortable and everything worked. Comfortable bed and nice furniture. The rates were reasonable. Free parking provided off street. This is near ISU but we stayed during summer break just before students would return.

As ISU alumni, it is hard to find place for stay and close to campus, when most of friends graduated from school many years. I was living here for 2 nights. The house is lovely. Breakfast was nice. It is also convenient to visit campus.

A charmingly decorated house very close to Iowa State Campus. The breakfast was outstanding, and everything was very comfortable. Good wifi connectivity, and a very responsive staff! Highly recommended!

This was a great little find for us. We were on the third floor. The room was nice and clean. We slept comfortably. The breakfast was really nice with lots of things to choose from if you didn’t want the main breakfast served. it was a quiet place with lots of cool restaurants within a couple of miles.
