Spark by Hilton Wilmington

The staff was great and made sure everything was kept clean and presentable the managers were great when I spoke to them as well as the front desk crew any time I needed to go down and ask or buy something. Whenever one of my lights had went out the maintenance guy had responded rapidly and was very kind and even chatted with me. The location was great as it was in the heart of the city with the beach right about 10 minutes and about 8 from downtown the parking lot was kept clean as well as the whole property.

Positive: Nothing Negative: They had furniture n stuff sitting everywhere outside it was under renovation stuff everywhere room had a smell

The customer service is second to none. The staff made sure we were attended to at all times and were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this specific location.

Hotel is great!

This is a great place to stay! Cozy, clean rooms and excellent service. I had a later flight and they accommodated a late check out without question. I am very thankful and will definitely be back. Wonderful experience!
