Spark by Hilton Smithfield

The room was a great size, very clean and comfortable. Location was great, right off I-95 but not to close so you heard any traffic. Very accessible to stores, gas, shopping and food. The gentleman that checked us in was excellent and gave us a great suggestion for a place to eat. Good conversation and made you feel welcome to the hotel and area. Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was excellent in every detail. We only had interaction with a few staff. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. The lady taking care of the morning breakfast was very efficient and so kind. I was trying to figure out the magnetic do not disturb sign and the housekeeper did it for me with a genuine smile (I am not sure if she has a command of. English but her customer service sure stood out!) The day clerk was doing double duty tiding up the lobby…with good humor! The entire facility was very clean but your staff far outshines even that! Thank you so much!!!

Rooms were very very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Very quiet and restful stop over. Area was perfect lots of restaurants and gas stations

Every trip we make we utilize the Hilton brand. Beds and pillows are always comfortable. Staff is always super helpful. I rarely encounter a room problem however when that happens staff is always accommodating and respectful. We recently stayed at a property called Spark by Hilton. Very impressed with the hotel accommodations and staff. Very positive experience. The breakfast is limited which is fine because we were off to an early start and did not feel like eating. Would stay at this brand again!

I have been a Hilton Honors member for years. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and utilize the online check in and digital key so there is no need to go to the front desk. I was at this very location a few months ago and utilized the online check in and digital key. Today we arrive after booking online and paying online. We checked in online earlier in the day and chose our room. Upon arrival I attempt to utilize the digital key and we are told to go to the front desk. At the desk we were told they needed our ID, credit card and vehicle info. They also claimed to have to process payment even though that was done at booking. I explained that we are Honors members and all info is already in the system and we expected a digital key and direct access to our room. All we got from
