Hampton Inn Smithfield Selma

I was on day 2 of driving from FL to PA and was not planning to stop and stay anywhere but unfortunately had a health issue flare up on me and became way too sick to keep driving. I pulled over and called the first hotel that came up on google and I’m SOOO thankful it was this one! Dawn answered the phone and was immediately so kind, compassionate and helpful when I explained the situation. She immediately got me a room and was warm and inviting when I showed up a few minutes later. She truly turned what felt like a horrible day into such a positive experience and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Family here for a visit to local shopping areas and over nite stay. COMPLETELY wonderful staff Nicole and Dawn with friendly very professional demeanor helpful to guests checking in and out. Wonderful, clean , and safe atmosphere and good location. Room was super comfortable and spacious, breakfast options next morning were variety of usual breakfast a meat/ eggs/ cereals/ oatmeal with several fresh toppings to choose from. Also toast and juices/ coffee. Enuff to help charge up the morning for traveling. Would certainly stay here again if stopping for shopping some without rushing home.

We travel a great deal and have stayed in many hotels. This by far was the nicest Hampton Inn we have ever stayed it. The hotel was spotless modern and staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and we will be back

Very clean, great service, kids loved the pool. Gave us an adjoining room on short notice. Breakfast included and the bed was super comfortable. Would def stay again if in the area.
