Spark by Hilton San Jose Airport

There are better hotels nearby. I feel like this use to be a rundown hotel. I feel like they just painted it and upgraded the furniture and put the Hilton name on it. But it still has that rundown hotel feel. The hallway smelled like marijuana. My room smelled like stale cigarettes smoke bad. The bathroom floor was dirty. Walking on the carpet in my room made my socks black immediately. The heat was off when I got to the room. It was freezing in there. The heater was noisy. The room was big and very wheelchair friendly. They had a nice shower bench. But the water in the bathtub was nasty yellow and had a weird smell. The soap was mounted to high to reach if you are in the tub. Not much parking and I was worried that the car might be broken into. Not in the best location. I feel like this

Amazing experience! The woman working Saturday morning around 10 a.m. (01/03/26) was absolutely wonderful. Her warm demeanor and positive attitude during our early check-in made us feel genuinely welcomed, especially after an exhausting 4 a.m. travel day. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. I had read in other reviews that plane noise could be a bit loud, and as a light sleeper I did notice it, but earplugs did the trick. My husband, however, had no issue at all. The only minor downside was that the doors are a bit thin, so hallway conversations were sometimes audible. Overall, a great stay and one I’d definitely recommend!

Good hotel, comfortable room with a good amount of space. Location was closer to the airport but seemed a bit complicated to find because it wasn’t right off the 580 exit. Complimentary airport ride was great, hotel staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was nice.

Positive: Nothing Negative: There was a fight outside of our room from midnight until 3am. The staff called the cops who never came. The fight left the hall and went outside of our window in the parking lot. We wanted to stay somewhere our second night it was so bad

Family of 4 we had great experience. The hotel was very clean, service excellent, breakfast was not the best but grateful that we have something. Easy grab and go. Nearby airport but only few planes flyby, definitely quite at night. Definitely we will be back.
