Hilton is completely embarrassing itself with this display. After a long drive, all I really needed was a roof & bed after a long drive, but the experience was pretty awful, even as a lower priced option. I booked with Hilton Rewards, but still waited 2O min to check in, at 1 AM -- literally no staff at reception. Around breakfast time, the morning staff was friendly, but overwhelmed and scrambling. At 7AM, the "bagel bar" hadn't been stocked. There was no cream cheese or knives. There were no napkins, and no spoons available for oatmeal. The ice machine worked, but the water station was unavailabke and awaiting repair. The place was understaffed with apparently no management on payroll. I’m pretty sure this place was renovated, for the price this really exceeded my expectations! Lobby is pretty modern and clean including the rooms. The rooms have a smart tv and it is clean. Beds are nice. This place isn’t expensive so don’t expect anything crazy but I’ve been in run down hotels and this is nothing like that. Would definitely go here again.

From the comforts of the soft bed to the even softer bed sheets to the clean room and bathroom. This hotel by far is a 5 star! I was pleasantly surprised as I had never stayed in a Spark Hotel but tons of other Hiltons and my experience was by far superior. I will gladly make this my home away from home when I come to El Paso every 3 months. Big thank you to Ms Evalyn at the front desk who helped me this morning with checkout. Her hospitality was also superior in the little that I interacted with her.

This establishment is unequivocally unworthy of even a single star. Prospective guests are strongly advised to avoid this so-called Spark hotel, which stands as a profoundly dilapidated and deplorable property unbefitting of any reputable hospitality brand—let alone one bearing the Hilton name. The affiliation with Hilton is nothing short of an affront to the standards and reputation that the brand purports to uphold. This property has no legitimate business being associated with Hilton in any capacity. Our assigned room was in a state of shocking disrepair and neglect. This must be the worst Spark Hotel in Texas. We stayed there 12/12/25 and had several negative experiences. There is NO fitness center. I didn't know there were any hotels today that did not have a fitness center. There were no cups in the room. I had to go down to the coffee area to fetch some cups to use in the room. The bed was good but the desk "chair" was an ottoman. Breakfast was a disaster. We knew that Spark only offers a continental breakfast, and that is OK, but this was at the bottom of the barrel - instant oatmeal with no condiments to put on it, the pastries may have been OK, but when we arrived, there were only 2 items in the case and no one replenished the case during our breakfast, the coffee & hot water dispensers were very small and while we were there they all were empty
