Spark by Hilton Alpharetta Roswell

What a great stay! I've been staying within Hilton since 2016 and a good amount of times per year. This hotel is known to be more economical which I loved, but didn't lack cleanliness, customer service was absolutely amazing and that really made my stay welcoming. Always nice when you leave somewhere with a smile on your face! Thank you guys! Great team!

I stayed three nights, and expected I might need to stay longer. Everyone I encountered at the desk was extremely kind, polite, and accommodating. I was a little worried when they gave me a ground floor room very close to the elevator, because I expected it would be noisy. Surprisingly, while I could briefly hear people if they were talking in the hall, it was quiet at night and mostly quiet the rest of the time. I always felt safe, the bed was comfortable, and the internet worked smoothly. The room was dated but very clean, and everything worked well. I had plenty of hot water, the toilet worked well, and housekeeping kept everything tidy and clean. The pillows were a little lumpy, but I slept great. I honestly have no complaints. My family and I recently stayed at the Sparks Hilton in Alpharetta, GA, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The hotel delivers on the quality you’d expect from the Hilton brand, with a few standout features and just a couple of areas for improvement. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff at the front desk were friendly, professional, and eager to help. The lobby was stylish and clean, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable only thing missing was a microwave. Will definitely book here again

My wife checked in here a few weeks ago, and after seeing the quality of the room, quickly checked out. She was there for about 5 or 10 minutes and left promptly without using or even touching any facilities after she realized the quality of the venue. She was charged the full $98 price for a day's stay. I called the manager the next day and he refused to issue a refund. Very disappointed!

The bed was very comfortable, everything was very clean, and the location was great. The continental breakfast was simple with just bagels, corn flakes, and oatmeal packets, but everything else was great for the price. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area!
