Poor customer service. Waited for 15 min for the woman to come out of back office and check me in at 9:30pm at night. Then, although I had been driving for 5 hours and had my hands full of food, luggage, computer bag, etc., she made me run out and put a parking tag on my dash even though I told her I took a picture of the tag and asked her to write it down and would run back out in morning. She said no I’ll stay with your things you need to put it in before midnight or it will be towed. I am a platinum elite member and this is the worst service I have ever gotten at any Marriott property. Very poor and obviously not worth the amount they charge for the rooms either.

Best customer service. Was not able to stay at the Marriott, but we did have a conference there. Briana welcomed our group every morning with a smile no matter how unorganized we were…just trying to order our coffee. At times she was alone but that never stopped her from smiling and telling us. Don’t worry, I got you!!

Location: We picked this hotel for a quick weekend getaway. We picked it because we prefer newer hotels. It’s in a great location. Room Cleanliness and Staff: Once in the room, we always check for cleanliness. When we got in there it was dirty socks in the room. Hair in the sheets. That wasn’t the issue. I know people are short staffed and doing the best they can with limited staff. We have two pups and didn’t feel like moving all of our stuff to another room. When I called the front desk the man did not apologize for the issues in the room and stated that someone would be up to check. When the housekeeping staff manager came up, she also did not apologize, snatched the dirty socks and left. They did not send another house keeper up until 30 min later. Close to work. Very nice, clean room! Reception was very pleasant and we were even greeted by other employees on the way put to work.

Rooms were nice, bed was unfortunately less than comfortable. Also, our TV would not connect to the internet, we were directed to call 2 different numbers by the front desk (why did WE have to call?!). No free breakfast, and $16 to SELF park on site (not valet). There some things that would make the stay better but it is what it is.
