Best nights sleep in a while. The beds are super comfy. The couches in the lobby are also very comfortable. It’s the perfect spot to work on your laptop and relax. You might never want to get up! The area is very nice and has everything conveniently located. The hotel staff is very kind. I enjoyed my time at the bar the most, a very nice place to unwind and meet new people. We recently hosted a client event at this location. Everything went flawlessly—from the planning and coordination to execution onsite—the fact that the staff truly cared, showed. The food was delicious, the space was perfectly set, and your team was consistently accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our attendees felt well taken care of, and that level of experience makes a meaningful difference for an event like this. Its a quiet hotel location off Windward Parkway. It looks airy and modern in the lobby. The rooms are bright but have blackout curtains. The staff ensure rooms are clean. Due to the frequent guests the bathroom is showing slight wear and tear. The desk area could use more plugs. The hotel room entertainment on the TV has good streaming services to watch in the room. The room service options and food are tasty. There is free parking available. Good location to get the corporate offices by Windward Parkway and few minutes to Avalon and Old Milton. Overall a good option if you want a newer Hilton to stay at.

The front desk staff is really rude and inconsiderate when I checked in on 17 Aug morning. I have booked and fully paid for 1 day prior my arrival so that I can have my room ready when I arrived in the morning. The staff told me that my booking was canceled and nothing they can do anything about it. She also refused to make another booking for me even when I’m willing to pay. I’ve traveled the world and been to many counties, this was probably the worse hotel service that I’ve experienced. The staff had ruined the brand and reputation of Hilton.

Positive: Overall GREAT VALUE. Only setback is they would not drive us to downtown Alpharetta because they were understaffed that night. Negative: ""
