My family and I stayed for 11 nights at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Alpharetta Northpoint, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special thank you to the amazing catering team — Patricia, Pedro, Jovita, Maria, Mirna, Jonathan, and Pedro — who consistently provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Every morning and evening, they welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. They made us feel at home, and traveling with family, that means everything. I would also like to sincerely thank Mohamed, the Front Office Manager, for his excellent support and professionalism during our check-out. His attention to detail and genuine care left a lasting positive impression. Additionally, appreciation goes to the housekeeping team for keeping our room cle

Positive: Our room was nice, and we loved the omelette bar. Hotel employee who was making the omelettes was very kind and helpful. Negative: The elevators were very slow, and the layout of the lobby made the noise carry to the rooms, and it got quite noisy at times.

This hotel has incorporated many nice updates that are modern, clean and comfortable. It is in a great area, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We picked this because it was very convenient to multiple places that we needed to visit (Sandy Springs, Duluth). The service was excellent, from the front desk to housekeeping, to room service. We ordered from from the in-house restaurant a couple of times and all was great. The breakfast was mostly good, but note that there is not an expansive buffet section as with other Embassys. That was a bit limiting for us, but we can definitely recommend any of their cooked-to-order items (omelettes, etc.) as those were all great. The offerings at the evening reception are on the cheap side. No hot items. Just cheese, crackers, chips,

I stayed at this hotel in suburban Atlanta, GA USA the last few days and, overall, had a good stay. The hotel was reasonably priced, conveniently located, ample parking, I was welcomed upon entering, check-in went smoothly, no one helped me with my luggage up to my room, my room was good, not great, the hotel is a bit dated, the elevators are slow and dark, wall paper is peeling off, the doors in my room were not cleaned the bed was comfortable with 4 pillows, the bathroom was very good, nice shower, the main room needs to add lighting, the free WiFi worked well, the free buffet breakfast was very good, made-to-order eggs, good coffee and plenty of different kinds of seating, the hotel environment was relaxing, the restaurant served dinner starting at 5pm, but did not serve lunch. I stayed the weekend of the ice storm and picked this location mainly because they had a kitchen and restaurant for our lunch and dinner if we couldn't get out. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed as the staff did not come in, which defeated the main reason why I chose here. Safety is important, but if the breakfast team of two stayed at the hotel overnight to make sure we had made-to-order omelets and a delicious spread of fruit, bakery items, coffee, etc., then the restaurant crew should have been offered the same. Every night they have an evening reception, but this consisted of chips, pretzels, cheese cubes, and dips. I feel they could have had a veggie tray, or offered quick sandwiches, or had the restaurant crew stay there, just like the breakfast crew. Many other guests were s
