Sonesta Simply Suites Falls Church

Been here a few weeks now, going be here a while longer for business. Overall this is a nice hotel. But they need to implement a quiet hours for night time. About 4 of the 7 days in a week sleeping is not good. People are loud outside on the patio. People play music loudly at night. Walls are paper thin. Rooms are nice, full kitchen is a huge plus. The workers at this location are great, and will accommodate reguests.

This was a very good Marriott purchased by Sonesta. No more breakfast. Parking very good. Staff quality variable. Walls thin so loud talking ALL night kept us up. When we told reception in the morning she said we’d get extra Sonesta points but that was untrue. The next night the toilet ran all night. On Sunday they have no maintenance person on duty which seems poor for a large hotel. The walk in shower in the studio suite was good and the kitchen was great. I think our Sonesta experiment is finished and we will return to Hilton and Marriott which have many choices in Arlington/Falls Church.

Positive: "" Negative: The front desk clerk is very rude and should be fired. There is also a customer who idles in his car near the lobby entrance blowing exhaust fumes at customers. Zero hospitality. Prices too high for bad service.2 pstar hotel.

I just checked in today at Sonesta Simply Suites in Falls Church, VA, and so far, everything has been wonderful! The room is much bigger than I expected and exactly as described online. It’s very clean and comfortable, which makes a great first impression for my week-long stay. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating—they even let me check in a little early since I arrived before the usual time. Overall, I’m really happy with my first experience here and looking forward to the rest of my stay!

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The front desk called us at 1 a.m. claiming that guests downstairs complained about noise from us walking, even though we had not gotten out of bed for almost three hours. The hotel made no effort to verify the source of the noise and instead chose to disturb sleeping guests in the middle of the night. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel.
