The Meeting House, is a charming boutique hotel that feels like a cozy hidden gem right in the heart of town. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming—greeted with a fresh homemade cookie on arrival! The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with great beds and thoughtful touches like fresh muffins and excellent Illy coffee in the morning. The on-site restaurant and bakery connection is a standout, serving up delicious, fresh food that’s perfect for a relaxed meal or quick bite. Free parking and proximity to DC make it even better. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a personal, peaceful stay over a big chain hotel. 5 stars!

I would happily stay at the Meetinghouse hotel again. It is within easy reach of Washington DC and/or the Metro. The rooms are spare but clean and the everyone was very helpful at the hotel. I liked the inclusion of Saratoga water in the room along with the welcome muffin. Godfrey's is a great find on its own. The fact that you get to have a breakfast there as part of the stay is a real benefit. Given the tendency to have to pay for parking at DC properties, free parking at the Meetinghouse was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay.

I recently stayed at the newly updated Meeting House Boutique Hotel and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Its location is a major plus—close to excellent dining and shopping options, with easy access to major roads and public transportation, making it a great choice no matter the purpose of your trip. The service truly sets this hotel apart. Check-in was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The Meeting House is a charming, cozy hotel sure to bring a smile to your face as soon as you turn in. I enjoyed the free parking, the easy access from the road, and the closeness to the DC area. We were greeted at the front desk by a friendly employee that checked us in quickly, offered free food vouchers for the adjoining cafe, and gave us a large chocolate chip cookie to share! The hotel looks clean and smells amazing from the moment you walk in. There is one elevator in the lobby that takes you up to your floor, it is quite small. The hallways and rooms are on the smaller side, so I would say that for a larger-than-average person this could be an uncomfortable stay. As average/smaller-than-average people though, we loved it! I cannot recommend this place enough. Have stayed here twice now and its just lovely. The rooms are fantastic and great, especially for the price. The staff is great and so accommodating. And then the attached restaurant and bakery, Godfrey's is define. Its become our go to spot to stay for date weekends or anything. We will also always put family in town to visit here going forward.
