Nice new location but parking is not available unless you pay for access to the parking garage and the QR reader at the parking garage is difficult to say the least.

I really wanted to love this hotel. The staff is wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything. The breakfast setup is great (even though I rarely eat breakfast, I appreciated that it was fresh and well-stocked). The location is honestly one of the best parts: very walkable, with a grocery store and tons of restaurants just steps away. The downside — and it’s a big one — is the noise. The walls and floors are extremely thin. I could hear constant banging, footsteps, and movement in the room above me at all hours, along with a lot of hallway noise and slamming doors. Even normal conversations outside the room echoed loudly. If you’re a light sleeper, this can make it hard to get any real rest. Parking also wasn’t ideal. Very nice hotel. Big king size bed. Our room had a full size fridge and dishwasher. It had plates, cups, cooking utensils… def a nice play to stay if you are going to be in the area for a while. Check-in was great, the staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. They had cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, make your own waffles as well as bagels and assorted muffins. They also had egg, sausage and biscuits to build your own breakfast sandwiches. The location was great. It is a developing area, but it was quiet during the weekend.

Parking is very inconvenient. What staff they have are friendly and nice. However they only offer bare minimum people to assist. Convenient for places to be able to eat. You can hear people in other rooms such is talking walking TVs and radios. There was construction so we were woken up very early in the morning like 6:00 a.m. their Windows do not keep out noise.

This clean, friendly, very convenient location is the only place that I stay when visiting the DC area. The rooms are large and always clean. There is a nice refrigerator with a kitchen. It is within walking distance to restaurants, banking, the metro, and grocery store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help in any way that they can, especially Boyd and Ahmad. The price is reasonable.
