Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park

Quiet location with great walking trails nearby. Newly renovated concierge lounge as of January. Huge fitness center. Great water refill stations throughout the hotel. Try to get a corner room with a balcony! Great sunset views.

Stayed at a Marriott property, so naturally, I went in with high expectations. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and all the basic amenities were right where they should be. A few things felt a bit dated though — looks like the place could use a little refresh to keep up with the times. You can also hear a bit of noise from the neighboring rooms, which might bug light sleepers. On the bright side, the service was top-notch. The front desk crew were super friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall: clean, comfy, and great service — just needs a modern touch.

Stayed one night for business. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice staff and a good lobby bar. Overall its close to 495 and the location is decent. Parking fee was a little questionable as it is in an office complex

Terrible stay. Arrived late after a long day of traveling to only be informed then that they would be shutting water off from 11pm to 7am... was understanding but should have taken that as a sign to stay somewhere else. The next morning I was woken up early to construction in the room next to mine, which was comically loud. I called down to the front desk to see if they would stop so I could get some more rest after a long travel day, I was rushed off the phone without an answer, I called by down 30 min later to be informed that they weren't going to do anything about it the implication was that I should have expected renovations.

Positive: Nice bed Negative: There was an alarm clock in another room that was constantly going off for the last 24 hours of my stay.
