The other reviews are true, beds are comfortable. The night we spent was quiet, which is good. Room is spacious. However. Rooms are outdated. The hallway we stayed smelled like devil lettuce and they use a air freshener to mask it. Our room smelled okay though. Tiny TV. No breakfast.

NO!! NO!! NO!!||We booked the room for seven days, Nov, Friday 28 through December 05.|On the second night round 1:00 am we woke up and couldn’t sleep because the guest next to our room smoking marijuana. Due to health concerns, we have to check out around 2:30am and cancel the remaining days.||This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family has ever had. The rooms and hallways were filthy, stains on the walls, dirty carpet that smelled like mildew, and constant cigarette and weed odors. We had a room with two queens. The room smelled like mildew and smoke. We had to air one out just to stay in it. Apparently hotel did not reinforce smoking policy.|||The towels were small and old. I would never book at this hotel ever again. The first room I checked into was on the first floor and the sheets along with the towels were dirty. Hair was on the bed sheets. So I go to the front desk and ask for another room on the second floor. I came with a big suitcase and had to carry it up the stairs because the hotel has no elevators. The second room door lock was broken. It would not lock at all. I go back to the front desk and the receptionist says “I think all of the locks are like that”! Which is not safe at all. So I ask for a third room, it stink but it was clean. At around 11pm at night, a man knocked at my door and stated “we got a notification that you unplugged the fire alarm”. The customer service was absolutely AWFUL!! If I could give zero stars that’s what they’d get!! We checked in and the very 1st thing that happened was we realized the hard way that this place doesn’t have an elevator!! We had to carry all of our stuff to the 2nd floor!! We get to the room and the key doesn’t work!! My associate had to go back down to the lobby!! Employee came upstairs, tried another key and they didn’t work either!! He had to go back downstairs back to the lobby and come back up to let me in!! We walk in and it’s not the worst place I’ve been but for the price u would think it’d be a little nicer!! Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The property was in a rough area and did not feel safe. The room was not clean, and overall cleanliness standards were far below expectations. I did not feel comfortable using basic items like the bedding or pillows. This hotel did not match the listing or photos online. I would not recommend this property, especially for anyone concerned about cleanliness or safety.
