Customer Reviews
Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I have stayed here several times and they always do as much as they can to help make it a pleasant stay. The beds were very clean and comfortable and probably the cleanest whitest towels I have ever seen. It is recently renovated with plenty of parking and a decent breakfast, clean exercise room, onsite laundry, and the pool area was also well maintained and clean. Will definitely be staying here again
Positive: We had to switch rooms twice because of a lot of fuzzy mold in the bathrooms. All of the rooms had a funky smell. The third room that we were basically forced to take, or go somewhere else, still had a funky smell and water damaged tiles in the bathroom. Negative: The bathroom exhaust didn’t work, so it was very steamy and wet after a shower. It appears that this entire hotel (an x-red roof) had water problems everywhere. The shelf on the wall was 5 degrees off from level, which is a lot and visibly off.
Hotel was very noisy, bathroom was wet, moldy and had what appeared to be pubic hair in the shower. There were stains on the bedsheets and a bug on the pillows. There was mold on the bathroom walls, shower and on the lamp shades. Whole room was muggy and smelled like black mold. Sticky floors. Pretty bad even for a budget hotel. On the bright side it was cheap and we found no signs of bed bugs.
I've been at the hotel for some time. Being here has been great. The staff is really nice and understanding when it comes to some situations. They are always able to help. Two of the housekeepers are really nice and friendly except one. The breakfast lady is awesome and she does a good job at what she does. The front entrance is always clean. The breakfast is good but wish there was more biscuits and gravy. Overall it has been a great experience.
Rooms were pretty gross/filthy. Thankfully the bedding appeared to be mostly the exception aside from the stray hair. But the general room cleanliness made me feel the need to check for bedbugs. Thankfully, didn't see any, nor any bugs in general. The overall cleanliness was very poor, I did not feel comfortable removing my socks in the room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast had an attendant that kept everything stocked up and I felt perfectly fine eating the food.
