Snow White Motel

I booked a week stay at this location for work 4 rooms to be exact and not one of them was with out issues. The first room there was poop on toilet, the second room the toilet did not flush, third room the sheets were stained, fourth room bathroom wall had poop sink was dirty with toothpaste. This was on the first day and of course we called to let them know but were completely brushed off. For the whole week the bathroom wasn’t even touched the only thing they did was make the bed. Honestly a horrible experience I’m more upset about how I was ignored rather than all the cleaning issues (those too made me mad) like they didn’t even try to fix the issue.

NEVER STAYING AGAIN, WIFI NEVER STAYS CONNECTED & IS LOST EVERY 6mins, BEEN HERE 2WKS & unable 2EVEN WATCH TV CAUSE ITS CONNECTED TO WIFI, took 67min just to make it thru the previews 2 a movie, GAVE HOUSEKEEPING 3wash clothes, 3TOWELS & only got back 2&2 which had dirt stains all over them, got back 2pillow cases that are a gray tint in color w/ stains on them, the current room I am in keeps getting random unwanted ppl knocking asking for what I guess was a known prostitute named “Brooke”, I called the office one night & was hung up on twice, @ check in a double bed room for 2guest was one price but charged me and my roommate $70.00 more for a room that’s only about 30sq ft. **STAY CLEAR The staff was nice at first, but the room had dead worms in it which they offered to “sweep.” I had a toddler with me and I’m due to have a baby any day now , When we went to lay down at night there was a CRACK pipe in the bed . There’s only lights on half the room, the bathroom was filthy, the internet did not work at all. They had giant roaches, the room was outdated . Then the management tried to say oh well you put the crack pipe there. Which made me livid if my kid would have found that pipe. Did not offer no apology or nothing.

The rooms are nice, if you get the newer ones, but there are a lot of addicts there that are low key, but are not usually in the open or a danger. However, this is an OK place to stay if you're on a budget or last resort. They are cheaper than most motels in the area.

Considering the area which it is located, the snow white motel is very clean and quiet. The staff are really nice and helpful, and responded to the issue I had quickly and without complaints. The beds were comfortable and didn't have any old or dirty smells to them. The cable was the only thing I wasn't fond of, there was no guide to the channels and half of the basic channels are not available. Other than that, everything was fine and good enough that I would return again.
