Sleepy Hollow Trailer Park

The woman manager is very incompetent and lacks experience. The maintenance staff has a very bad attitude and is not respectful towards us. There is no reason for them to yell at us.

Lived there for 3 years. Joni was amazing manager and wrote me a good tenant letter after I left. Good place to live.

I feel very fortunate; my space in this park is very peaceful and my neighbors are lovely people. I love that this park is animal friendly! I have lived here for several years; management (Joni) has been so sweet and helpful with me - she helps me out when I’m not sure how to fix things around my RV. She tries her best and she looks out for the park, keeping it safe. I feel lucky to live here!

Wow. I should have looked at these reviews before arriving. The manager, Joni, has some serious issues. Upon arrival, my neighbors helped me park, and they asked if I had met Joni yet. I got a fair warning from them, and despite treating her like absolute gold, she verbally assaulted me on just about every occasion that we spoke. I really can't describe the way she speaks to people, she treated me worse than an animal. It was so constant that I just picked up and left. I would suspect she has some serious alcohol and/or drug issues. 2 years traveling full-time in our RV, and I've never seen anything quite like Joni.

The attitude of Joni the manager is confrontational and, hateful! She makes communicating virtually impossible! She changes anything you say into something bad that seems to give her an excuse to be mean and disagreeable! In my experience with her, she had me checking every month for an availability space and reprimanded me for doing so! In the last confrontation, she screamed at me for trying to turn in an application! She’s very disrespectful and I’m almost sure is Manic Depressive off her medication! There are four spaces vacant but, she claims they aren’t available?? I think the owner of the park cannot be aware of Joni’s behavior as she isn’t doing her job managing the property.
