SHADY BUSINESS. The staff here is discriminatory, patronizing, and inconsistent. My boyfriend 3-year old son and I have been here for about a month now. First they charged our card 3 TIMES for one payment, then on a separate occasion 2 TIMES. When confronted they tried to tell us about how hard it is to work a credit card terminal ....... yea, okay. Upon chatting with other guests (caucasian) we learned that they usually call before entering most rooms. They bang our door down. The "cleaning" staff is really just a cover for inspection, as they do very little cleaning. Upon talking to other long-term guests they have an option whether they want room service or not. For us it's mandatory every other day. We are very neat clean people, so the fact that we have to clean up BEHIND the "clean

This place need new management with a vision. They charge $100 deposit for a non smoking room, non if you take a smoking room. The bed sheets had burn holes and stains, with bed bugs, towels and bath rags very worn. Please do not do last min reservations, this type of mess you will get. You get what you pay for.

Sleepwell is awesome!!! Big rooms. Full size fridge. Very clean. Very quiet. They don’t put up with mess on the property. They have a clean pool. Laundry facility on property. The beds are very COMFORTABLE!!!! I have ZERO complaints!!

I killed a roach. The room smelled bad as soon as I step foot in. Some of the housekeepers are extremely lazy, half cleaning. They only made my bed & swept the majority of the time. One of the days they cleaned they took all the towels & wash clothes, & never gave me any back. And had the nerve to say it's a dollar for toilet tissue after not receiving any that day. The owner is sweet but the way his employees don't care is sad. I would recommend the palm across the street. Much much better for a few more bucks.

I stayed here while doing travel agency and the room was terrible. When I arrived at like 3:50 my room wasn't ready. They rushed and did it which was unacceptable! Yes I had a smoking room but did I supposed to have a blanket with holes all in it on the bed(which I went and got my own from Big Lots) nasty wash clothes and towels, toilet was nasty and tub! Dresser was sticky! Fridge was leaking water! I will not be returning!!
