Sleep Inn & Suites Middletown - Goshen

Recently stayed with my 3 children and husband. We purchased a home and were waiting for the renovations. We Checked in on feb 16 checked out and march 2 . The only helpful staff there is Bruce and the other guy I think his name is Brad. The housekeepers will take towels and not replace them they don’t change beds when you ask them even after the required 3 day mark. The lady that’s doing breakfast refused to check if displayed breakfast had pork. I speak fluent Spanish even after speaking to them and asking for assistance they don’t. You get what you pay for. The room was spacious enough for my family however I vacuumed many times and changed my bed pretty much each time because I have kids! We needed vaccum almost everyday. By the grace of god we’re moved in and happy in our new home.

Simple basic hotel for quick affordable stay. Clean and convenient. Ample free parking. Adequate included breakfast buffet. Pool was clean and warm. No hot tub. Snow was cleared away well but heard plows throughout the night. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at the sleep inn.The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and very accommodating and overall safe area… now get ready… came here on a sold out weeknd 10/17-10-19 on vacation with my family for spartan race while there was a lacrosse tournament and two weddings… 1.) we couldn’t even use the pool as the owner has some agreement with a private swim lesson that does MULTIPLE lessons maybe 2-3 hours in a small pool where paying clients couldn’t even swim and were stuck to the shallow end on the side of the pool. Also ran out of towels that were not stocked and this was around 11ish-130pm. 2.) they ran out of pancake batter, orange juice, bacon, eggs 45 minutes before breakfast service is over! management knew it’s a sold out weekend and did not ensure that there are enough supplies and that

I would have given this a ten; however, my room (#206) had a couch with holes in the arm and visible stains. Additionally, the shower door handle was loose on both sides and appears to need tightening with an Allen key. This was particularly concerning for my partner as she experienced a hotel shower door shattering earlier this year that required medical attention. That said, I have still rated the stay highly due to the overall value, which included an excellent pool with generous access hours and consistently friendly staff.
