Courtyard by Marriott Middletown Goshen

Stayed here with my family while I was in town on business, you know... So the kids could utilize the pool while I was working. Found out this hotel is hosting private swimming lessons the entire day and is closed to the guests while lessons are in session except for a small 1 hour window of time. The bistro Cafe seems to be only open whenever the staff feels like it, We decided to eat there one night and after waiting for a long time (like 15min) at the cafe during the hours advertised as open, all the lights were dim but we thought "ok it might be mood lighting or something" but we asked the only staff member we saw at the front desk and asked if it was closed or something, he wandered out back and I think woke the cook up.. a little strange, but we ended up ordering something pretty

We had the pleasure of working with the Courtyard for our wedding weekend. From serving all of our guests during the busy wedding season, to making sure our wedding suite was prepared--everything went off without any issues. The team was responsive and communicative during the entire planning process. Additionally, we did our after party in the lobby, which was perfectly set up and ready for us when our buses arrived with all our guests. We highly recommend working with the Courtyard team should you have a big event that needs the utmost attention!

Positive: Nice sized room and very clean. I was traveling with a group a of three and the room was perfect for us thanks to the pull-out couch. Negative: I didn't like the complimentary coffee. While I appreciated that there was an onsite Starbucks, it would have been nice to have a quality coffee in the morning that didn't taste like muddy water.

We reserved a room block at this hotel for our wedding. Kathryn, Jasmine and all the staff at the hotel were so welcoming and wonderful. They were all lovely to work with and we greatly appreciated their prompt responses leading up to our wedding weekend. We stayed in the suite & it was great - very comfortable and roomy enough for our party to get ready in. Our guests enjoyed their stay too, and we liked having the cozy space in the lobby to spend some time together throughout the weekend.

The woman who answered the phone on 11/15 was terribly inappropriate considering she was talking to a guest while trying to explain inside cleaning turnover. She ended up hanging up but we were left asking if this is really a place we should stay at. She insisted the hotel was sold out and there was no manager on duty that could answer my questions. I am a nursing mom, with a little 8 months old and a 6 year old who's birthday we came to celebrate after Legoland, she loves a pool. I had asked several times for a possible early check-in or of we could use the pool until we were able to check in neither of which could be approved due to the lack of manager present. She said I would have to call back. I assure you this is something that a guest should not have to do. We came to check in and
