We had the worst hotel stay of our lives. We checked out a week early because of the rude staff and the bed bugs in our room. They changed us to another room, which was even worse. Don’t even think about checking under your bed; you’ll find rotten food and other disgusting things. They say they’re a pet-friendly hotel, but they’re far from it. My dog only barked for a short time because of the loud people in the hallway. The staff, Rocco, was rude and disrespectful. He told us “to get a hold on our dog” as soon as we walked into the hotel door. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have pet owners on one side of the hotel and not mix them with non-pet owners? I just want to say for people to ignore any previous negative reviews that were made and experience the hotel for yourself. This is my first time coming here and I LOVEDDDDDD it! The hospitality is amazing. One of the ladies, Eileen, was truly sweet, kind, and compassionate. She makes you feel welcomed and valued. The hotel room was spotless clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that I wish I stayed for more than two nights. I came in for a wedding. I give this hotel a solid 10/10. Housekeeping was very nice. Also, the waffles tasted delicious! They had an employee there to assist with making them for you. I would definitely come back here and recommend this hotel to anyone!

Had everything we could need! Came from PA to visit my neice!! Was close to the mall with many dinner options. Breakfast in the hotel was more then sufficient to get our day started! The indoor pool was great after a day of shopping.

Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast selection was good. Only issue we’ve encountered was noise from the above floor. The people on the above floor went from 11pm-1 am, just pacing loudly back and forth and would jump here and there. We were hoping it would stop but it didn’t, so I ended up calling the lobby and the staff assured me she would call. After about 10 minutes, it was better. There is also a nice Italian restaurant in walking distance from the hotel. Nice central location for our trip.
