Holiday Inn Express & Suites Middletown - Goshen by IHG

LOVE LOVE & LOVE THIS HOTEL! I spent over a wk at this hotel due to bad weather. The snow put a damper on my schedule but my stay at the hotel washed it all away. I felt at home away from home here. The front desk was amazing…. Jessie (day time) and Jasmine (night time) 🙏🏽 . I am so thankful for their professionalism. Very welcoming, patient and understand. All while being very helpful at all times. I highly recommend and will definitely inform friends and family. Thank you to all the staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Middletown 😍. No complaints from me.

Had a great stay at this hotel on 12/28-12/29. I booked a wrong room on Expedia but the lady at the front desk was wonderful and helped to resolve the issue very quickly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. We had a great rest. The complimentary breakfast was good , the area was super clean and very well attended. The gym and the pool are also very clean, and very well maintained. The lobby has a nice hangout spot, great coffee machine and tea station which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely come back if we return to the area and would certainly recommend to others!

Positive: The location, Cleanliness the Staff and being Pet Friendly. Negative: The Rooms are a bit small and and pricey. The guest kids were allowed to run around the dining area and mess with the breakfast food unattended by the parents or not controlled by a guardian.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, maintained pool and great breakfast. Dove pump style shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body soap provided. Any forgotten essentials can be provided at the front desk. Bathrooms near pool clean. Smooth check-in and check-out. We were very pleased with our stay.

We stayed at this hotel on Friday, October 10th, 2025 & attended a nearby wedding. The staff were welcoming and very friendly for check-in, check-out and every time we entered the lobby. This hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast is included and had many fresh foods to choose from. It also had a nice coffee station that freshly grinds your coffee beans. I highly recommend staying here!
