Hampton Inn Middletown

No shampoo and no cartridge to make coffee. Front desk person at check in didn’t really appreciate customers more of an imposition on her time. As a Diamond member I was not impressed. Our requested first floor room not ready. Person would not tell us the number of any rooms ready. Would only say third or fourth floor. Really obnoxious and anti customer service.|Front desk person at check out much better. Actually had a personality.|Good location. Easy an and off I84. Poor service.

We recently had to travel to Middletown, New York unexpectedly and stay for over a week. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Special mention to Tich and Jasmine at the front desk, Sam who did a wonderful job with service during breakfast and Marie in housekeeping. All staff I encountered were helpful and appeared to take pride in providing great service. Will definitely stay again when traveling to the area.

Great location for the work I was doing but I will never stay here again. Room was old, found bacon in the couch which was starting to get funky. Stains on couch. Last but not least they knocked on my door twice In the morning at 930 to see if I checked out and then again at 1030 for the same. For 150 dollars it's not worth it at all and I'm a gold member

Positive: The location Negative: Yes, I was not able to sign into my Netflix account n no smart tvs in this hotel. I explained I stay here all the time n have watched Netflix there’s only one room that has that n it was taken. THE SHOWER HAD NO WATER PRESURE MY HAIR LOOKS N FEEL DIRTY!

I’ve stayed here twice this year…had a great experience both times. Tich is awesome and was so helpful at front desk. It’s a decent property but the pool is outside. Gym is one of the nicer HI gyms - lots of options. The ONLY downside - I was in a room right by elevator (419). It dinged constantly. At all hours. Not a huge deal just be aware that the *19 rooms are feet away from the elevator doors.
