Sleep Inn & Suites Jacksonville near Camp Lejeune

Room was clean and spacious and staff was very friendly. It was nice that there was shampoo and conditioner in the shower. An upgrade would be to add body wash for those that are stain for only 1 or 2 days. That way they don't have to break out or even bring their own.

I am originally local to eastern NC but moved to western NC. I needed a place to stay a few nights and the prices here were reasonable. The hotel is conveniently located in Jacksonville. Staff was nice. Quiet area. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all super nice during check in, and always greeted me as I came in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was included and was your typical hotel breakfast - eggs, sausage, potatoes, the waffle maker, and also had coffee, juices, yogurts, and those jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches you could warm up. Breakfast was good and the area was clean. I would stay here again if I need to come back to the area.

We weren't greeting as Diamond or platinum members ( forgot which we are) and not told we'd get a gift or extra points; Toilet ran nonstop and kept flashing itself; the "message" light on the phone flashed constantly..actually lighted the room all night..I finally covered it with something and the desk said there's nothing they can do about it..all the phones do it as they are old. Now on positive side..very clean and breakfast great. Love that the cups and plastic glasses were wrapped..wish the plastic silverware was as well..the attendant there was awesome. Very efficient and wore gloves; used tongs to refill food items and kept everything well filled.

Our flight was cancelled getting us to NC. When we called the front desk in Jacksonville the staff was helpful and wonderful. They held our room and let us know that there would be a person at the desk so check in, at any hour would be no problem. The staff at your Jacksonville location is wonderful. Facilities are fine.

Quick and easy check-in. Interior corridors. Carpeted floors. Comfortable bed; I slept well here. My room was smaller than I expected, but I got a good price so I can't complain too much. Overall, I enjoyed by 2 nights here.
