Best Western Manassas

This property is, and has been, renovating and updating the hotel. One gigantic improvement is they switched from Comcast which was extremely terrible. This is a moderate level property with rooms at very reasonable prices. We have stayed at this Best Western typically several nights each year for the last 5 years. The rooms have always been very clean and we have never encountered any problems with the rooms. We are again reserving a room for another trip to the area.

I had a great experience with Ms. Brenda. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. It really set the tone for a comfortable stay. I appreciate good customer service, and she delivered.

Positive: The staff was great the hotel is located close to the places I was visiting Negative: When you first turn on the light in the bathroom it shrieks like a angry dragon for a minute

Its one of the older Hotels in the area but still a good value. We reserved one because its also one of the last Hotels in the area with a Jacuzzi tub in the suite. But really only big enough for 2 smaller individuals. But still it was nice to relax and be able to watch the TV.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is delicious and different every day. |Only thing we didn't like is the beds were not comfort and even the pillows were hard. The shower curtain also tends to come open when showering and the fan was extremely loud in the bathroom and couldn't be turned off. |I would like to see them get new mattresses and pillows but I would stay again.
