We loved our stay at Skaneateles Fields Resort! Mallory greeted us as soon as we walked in, and was exceptionally welcoming and professional throughout our time there. We ate a delicious breakfast at the Fields restaurant. My plate looked like a work of art between the local produce, fresh herbs, and brightly colored flowers. My husband and I really enjoyed using the fitness center, which was well-equipped with everything we needed for a solid workout. The big highlight was morning hot yoga with Shannon. It was a new experience for us and so much fun to do as a couple. Overall, everything about our stay was absolutely superb. We loved it so much we booked another visit before we left.

This brand-new hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We didn't realize that the hotel had just opened. The rooms are spacious and modern and while upscale, are also comfortable. There is a library, restaurant and bar, two heated pools - 1 inside, 1 outside. Pickleball courts, mini golf and even a game room. We initially booked a two-night stay and decided to extend it for a week. Rooms are dog friendly, but the restaurant is not; however, we were able to sit at a lovely table near the lobby and enjoy our meal. The staff were so friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

This was such a beautiful luxurious experience for my family and I.. even visiting with our toddler! The customer service was amazing. The food was some of the best I’ve had in years and we travel alot! The rooms were cleaned so well and often. The massage at the spa was exceptional and professional. We had the best time swimming in the pools everyday and we cannot wait to return.

As Hilton Diamond members we decided to try out this latest resort. The hotel, room, amenities and restaurant were wonderful, we loved it! Our disappointment came with the spa; both our treatments were wonderful and would go again except this beautiful spa does not accommodate many. There is only six lounges inside; we were finally able to get two of them but noticed the lounge next to us had a towel and magazine on it but no one sat on it all day and staff never cleared it off. ( we were there 11:30a-4p empty)I noticed the other three lounges were left with personal property while they had treatments. They do have sitting areas along the sides but found they were not relaxing. Finally I enjoy the "quiet" areas in spas but this was not; it's nice to have food delivered from the restaurant

The brand new hotel is top notch. The builders didn’t cut corners. Everything has been done w attention to detail and care. Tons of money put into this building and it shows. The private and public spaces are all uniquely designed. Even the throw pillows inside the rooms are externally high quality. Inside pool was very clean and a nice kidney shape, but could’ve been a touch warmer. I wish there was a hot tub next to the inside pool instead of going outside in the middle of winter. Not sure what was the reasoning behind such an unfriendly choice. One big negative that has nothing to do w the rooms is food. Needs a new chef (?) that knows how to make delicious food. A bowl of roughly cut fresh cabbage for $25 might be delicious to a rabbit but not to a human. Eating at the restraint was a
