Arbor House Inn

Managed by the Sharwood inn hotel it is a lovely house old house with few lovely suites. The check in and breakfast is in the Sharwood in that located on the lake but you must use a car to get there. The house it self has a nice kitchen with coffee machine and a nice cosy living room. We liked it

What a beautiful place! Common areas were well stocked, clean, beds comfortable. We had the Concord room (only 1st floor bedroom in the main house (That I saw). Porch was heated and enclosed and great for afternoon tea. TOPS market across the street. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Great for a group! ||We were there in March, so an OFF time but everything was open and the price was fabulous. The Croissants at the Sherwood were a fun light faire breakfast.

My daughter and I stayed for a night for some mother-daughter time before she went back to college. We both love old houses, and the main house was perfect! Such a beautiful old house. The room temperature was perfect, there was a bathroom with a shower, and access to the rest of the main house. The croissant breakfast at The Sherwood Inn was great. The house is close to the shops, so we could walk and leave the car, and parking is off street. Definitely will want to stay here again!

We love our stay at the arbor house. Very clean and a short walk to town for the Dickens Christmas. We stayed in the Concord room. Very quaint and very fitting of the mood we were seeking. We had a lovely stay. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed there over the weekend for a college reunion for my husband. We stayed at the house in the back and our room while it was very clean smelled so bad of damp, moldy mildew. I could hardly stand it thank God we were only there for one night.. We were in what I guess they classify the lower level, which is like a basement level. It did have a dehumidifier in it, which was so obnoxiously loud you had to wear the TV so you couldn’t hear the dehumidifier. In the morning I had to shut the dehumidifier off and open the door to get the smell out of there because my husband‘s allergies were going crazy. The room itself is clean nicely decorated. The bathroom is very small and has no counter space whatsoever to put anything but of everything the damp basement smell was definitely way too mu
