Finger Lakes Lodging

Booked one of the Suites. It was fantastic. So clean and cozy. The fireplace gave off great heat. Location is perfect - close enough to the main little strip of shops and food, but tucked away off the side of the road to offer good privacy. Housekeeping was incredible, guest services was also so kind and polite. Loved that they had a nice common area for things like tea and coffee. We definitely will be staying again.

Wonderful stay! We were there for the Annual Dickens Festival. The lodge is well cared for. Beds very comfortable. The Adirondack decor was tastefully done. Loved the little gas fireplace in the room. It added to the coziness! There is no on site check in. This place is owned and operated by the Mirabeau Inn which is across the street. So you check in there. |We enjoyed our over night stay and plan to stay agaon sometime in the summer or fall.

Quaint cottages, clean but very little hot water. It was also difficult to regulate the temperature. We had an issue with the sink so our room was changed... the second room was similar. There were no instructions on how to contact the front desk, use the TV etc. It seems as if this is the afterthought of the spa.

The owners, the Mirbeau Spa I believe, were going for an Adirondack or Maine woods look, but they didn't quite carry it off. I was disappointed by the room for a number of reasons. The room is very small, and felt cramped. We were in a room with 2 double beds that were covered with large oversize quilts with lots of moose, and woodsy sorts of things with pillows with shams of the same design. This made a very small room feel too busy, over decorated, and more crowded visually. I would have preferred a more restful look of white bedding to go with the kitsch.The back porch was nice with Adirondack chairs and a pretty view of a field. The bathroom didn't feel too cramped but as one reviewer reported it could use some more places to put personal stuff. When the bathroom light comes on so does
