Customer Reviews
Sketchy community with lots of homeless. Common areas are not very clean. Poor sound insulation, you can hear your neighbors and noise from the hallway easily. Air conditioner / heater is very loud. Hot water takes a very long time to come to the tap/shower, have to leave it running for 5-10 mins to warm up. Towels are stained. Bed is comfy an room is spacious though.
Short notice booking during a busy conference week - ok!||Let's be honest, $600 for a 1-2 star is a tough pill to swallow. This place is what you would expect, based on a normal $150-250 rate during less busy weeks.||Check in gruff. Elevator agonizing. Surrounds mid. Room tiny. Bed tiny. Towels frayed. Shower hardly warm. No real window. Corridor noisy. An ironing board but no iron. A microwave that lit the room. No suitcase holder. No bottle opener. Miserable breakfast.||Bed and pillows were passable for 2-3 nights. But it's close-ish to the things in SoMA you need to access.
The room was very spacious and also had free coffee machine and iron. I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was also good enough for me. The staff were very cooeprative. Its also not far from public transport. The value for money is very good. My room had 5 beds and I was alone. The street of the hotel itself is relatively better. But if you walk from here to Moscone west, you will get to cross 6th street on the way and the intersection has a lot of homeless people. Also the wifi was not very good. These are the only negative points of this IMO.
Decent room. Decent front desk service. Felt bad for the cleaning ladies who had to carry multiple loads of laundry and cleaning supplirs up the flights of stairs. Breakfast included dairy products that weren't chilled so the milk and yogurt were room temperature. I would book again at their rates. The parking garage was very limited, got lucky to snag a spot. Was only $30 a day. Felt safe leaving my car there. That part of town isn't bad at all. Great spot to stay at if you're going to the Bill Graham Civic stadium
Great value for money. The service was good and the food was nice. If you’re in a hurry, they offer a complimentary breakfast that’s more than enough — I had cornflakes with milk, orange juice, and grabbed an apple and Greek yogurt to eat later 😊. The staff was super cool and helpful. Overall, a very comfortable stay.
