We booked this place for our 7th anniversary as a long-distance couple. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the window next to the bed had a 3-inch gap, poorly patched with duct tape. The couch was broken, too. We informed the host and left after they assured us it would be fixed quickly. After lunch, with no updates, we returned to find nothing had been done. The host expected us to follow up and provide them with updates instead of showing up themselves and resolving the issue. While I was on the phone with Airbnb, the host offered another room, which was way worse than the first. It had a mouldy bathroom, a bunk bed, and a stained toilet, not what we envisioned for our anniversary. Room was small but correct. Per floor, there are 2 common bathrooms and 1 fully equipped kitchen. There is no staff, you receive a code for the outdoor and another for your room about 48h before arrival. There is an emergency phone call in case of problem. Cleaning is made every day only for common part.||Heating is regulated centrally. My window was difficult to open.||There is no lift and Wifi is free.||Very easy access, in front of red line metro. There are few restaurants in the neighbourg and some shops. It is at about 20 minutes by foot from the Congress Center.

The bedsheets and pillows are covered in the previous tenants hair, they refuse to refund me. We had to move to another hotel, because we didn't want to stay in a bed covered in hair. Since it was already late at night, we couldn't reach anyone in time for them to fix the mistake and now they are trying to explain, that they have a non refund policy for cancelations. I don't see a valid complaint as a cancelation. This was a terrible experience

Great location. The space was small, but convenient and adequate. It was moderately clean. The loveseat had stains. There was a leak from the ceiling when it rained which drenched our luggage. The shower ran out of hot water when we needed it most. The beds were comfortable and linens seemed clean. The electronic door locks were convenient. The elevator was slow.

AVOID! We entered the room and it was left uncleaned. No bed sheets, no pillow cases, used wet towels in the bathroom, a used glass in the sink. Aside from that issue, the couch had stains that a clean would not have solved, broken tiles in the bathroom. You're better off booking somewhere else, the place is terrible. The only positive is that the host provided us with a full refund, but we had to jump some hoops through Airbnb's assistance to get there.
