Sheridan Suites Apartments Hotel

Our family of four stayed in suite #102 — the larger 3-bedroom inner corner unit on the ground floor. The apartment was VERY clean, spacious and opens conveniently to the pool courtyard. Our two kids were thrilled to have their own rooms! Each room has a small TV. The ample kitchen included a toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, full fridge, electric stovetop, electric kettle, and some pots. It could use more spoons, larger bowls, and a colander. Kitchen has a dining table that seats 6. There is no living room but room is right next to pool courtyard. The pool courtyard is quite lovely — private, well landscaped, plenty of lounge chairs, two shaded seating areas, and a heated pool. The bathroom is updated and features a lighted mirror. The suite was really nice. The kitchen was nice too, I cooked every meal! I stayed at Sheridan Suites which was down the street from my apartment while it was being fumigated. Pet friendly. I believe parking should be free. Checking in at the front desk was weird the door was locked, cameras everywhere and I had to wait outside for staff to come let me. The pool looked dirty and unkept!

At check-in I a little iffy about location. Checking staff were professional and extremely accommodating. Carmers surveillance provided added security. I stayed in the duplex which was 5 star clean and had every thing needed for my stay. Neighborhood was extremely quite and all shopping need were close and walking distance. I d definitely stay there again. Great rates that meet all our needs!!

Our party arrived and put our stuff in the room without a hitch. We then headed out to the concert we were going to. We got back and discovered there were no wash cloths, just towels. We checked what we thought might be a linen closet, but there were none in it either. I called over to the office and had to leave a voicemail. The office doesn't open until later in the morning. That is disappointing.
