Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport - South & Cruise Port

I first stayed at this hotel with my family in 2023, and it’s been my go-to place in Florida ever since. As a loyal brand member, I’ve always found Hyatt to be consistently accommodating, and this location is no exception. The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful. Even after I checked out, the concierge kindly allowed me to store my belongings so I could order and pick up food without any stress. She was professional, engaging, and truly a gem. Handling my packages was also seamless—zero hassle from start to finish. The food at the hotel was solid, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was smooth and welcoming. I am disappointed at the quality of this Hyatt House. |The first negative was the hotel shuttle service. We waited 45 minutes at the pick-up point, while the many other hotel shuttles were picking up and returning for more guests. Hyatt Place, which is directly across the parking lot, picked up guests several times before our shuttle arrived. |The room is not arranged well with the 2 double beds right next to the bathroom. The swinging double doors barely open due to the proximity to the beds. The shower had good water pressure. The sink area was brightly lit. |The fully stocked kitchen is a nice amenity. However, the water glasses still had lip impressions which meant that they were not washed in the dishwasher by the cleaning attendant. I had to request clean glasses.|The breakfast was

Good stay and great suite. Stayed overnight to catch morning flight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was fine with the stay. The airport traffic on Sundays is insane, so I would advise avoiding it if possible, or planning on a long drive time. I only went over to drop off our rental car and that was a mistake, even at 6 pm. Took over an hour to get to rental car drop off and might have been longer if I was trying to catch a flight. Mostly cruise ship related, but staff seems to be aware of what days are the worst, so good to ask them. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! Nice and clean. Smelled good too. Hot breakfast/coffee. Shuttle picks you up for free from Fort Lauderdale airport to take you to this hotel and only 15 minutes from fort Lauderdale cruise port. Customer service was excellent. Christina at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! She definitely represents your company well. Shopping center is walking distance from this hotel as well. Very convenient
