Cambria Hotel Ft. Lauderdale, Airport South & Cruise Port

Great overnight prior to cruise! Hotel check-in was easy. Very nice room comfortable bed great shower! Not the Ritz but very good value for your money. Food was excellent! Had a fabulous hamburger! Debbie, our server was wonderful! Very efficient and very friendly. Food was surprisingly great! Parking is $10 a day for cruise people. Shuttle to pier is available through the hotel with a third-party. Very good experience!

I've stayed at Cambria Ft. Lauderdale three times and Cambria Nashville TN once. Both hotels have helpful, friendly staff members and both properties both properties are beautiful, top flight facilities. I could recommend the Nashville hotel with a top rating. The reason I can't do the same for Ft. Lauderdale is due to excessively long wait times for a room to be made ready for occupancy. That has been the case for all three of my stays. The last time, I finally got to my room at 5:56 PM. That is unacceptable! I have no problem with the staff; they work exceedingly hard to accommodate customers. I see this as a management problem. I realize that a sizeable part of the patrons coming there are cruise ship passengers going and coming and this causes large surges of folks coming and g

We stayed at one other hotel in fort Lauderdale that was absolutely HORRIBLE. ( Cough cough holiday inn miami port ) But this one - it brought my physical joy. The rooms are so big for so cheap, also far from traffic, but close to some convenient locations. There is hundreds of channels on the television, and just genuinely clean. There is amazing and patient workers at the front, the mirrors are just a little too clean. I genuinely thought that it was a door to another bedroom because it's so clear. The water pressure is also, a little too good. So strong, you basically need a shower curtain for the sink. The ONLY complaint is that a family member whom went to take a shower had freezing water, although, the next family member had no problem apparently. Overall, this is WAY underrated.

My stay was fantastic. Went to the front desk. To check in got there a little later than I did, but the two wonderful ladies Ms Nisha and Ms Lashandra I sure appreciate them making me feel welcome. I was cold. She put her heater up for me and everything now that’s good Customer Service to go out your way for someone that is staying at your establishment. That’s awesome and we’ll be staying there again. Thank you so much, ladies.

All staff interactions were positive! Stayed at this location due to excellent ratings and location to the Cruise ship terminals. Did not use the shuttle services provided to the port and would on my next Cruise. Very professional operation.
