We had a wonderful stay at Avid Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. A special shoutout to Greg, the manager, who is absolutely wonderful to talk to. He genuinely cares about the guests and goes out of his way to ensure we have a pleasant and smooth stay every time. The breakfast is good and served warm, which is such a nice way to start the day. The rooms are very well kept, and clean. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Avid Hotel! After getting off our MSC cruise, we were tired and hoping for a place to relax—and they kindly let us check in early, which meant so much to us. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after traveling. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!

I booked 4 of my clients at this hotel 4 months in advance based on the positive reviews at the time & the proximity to the cruise port. I won’t elaborate on what the other reviews have stated about the lack of cleanliness, dirty linens on the bed & trash/debris on the floors upon check-in, damaged walls, floors, odors, etc. It’s all true. My first client who arrived FaceTimed me to show me the condition of her rooms & to express her concerns. As a Travel Advisor who prioritizes taking good care of my clients & providing them with a high level of service, I was extremely disappointed in what I saw. When I called the hotel to speak with the manager (who did not take my call nor did he return my calls after leaving messages), it further solidified that this (sadly) is not a hotel that values

Didn’t have very high expectations given just above average reviews but this hotel exceeded all expectations. Large clean rooms, plenty of free parking, comfortable beds, friendly staff and good breakfast. One of the best FLL airport hotels

This hotel was one of the most expensive on our trip and it totally wasn’t worth it! The service was mediocre and the room needed some work. When we arrived two employees were at the desk but neither of them greeted us for several minutes. The room was clean but not spotless. The tile floor had chunks of missing pieces. The soap dispenser fell off the wall the first time we used it. The breakfast was just ok. They were out of eggs and yogurt and no other protein choices. We had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk and check us out. I would try hard to find a different place when in the area.
