Sheridan Hostel

Sheridan hostel has been great so far. The place is adequate and the room is cleaned daily. The location is great and the bus stop isn't to far away. 7 11 and Publix is within walking distance along with fastfood restaurants close by. If there were any issues it was resolved quickly and efficiently.They're constantly doing maintenance daily and the manager Ariana has been great. She's professional and personable. Don't believe the negative reviews. So far I've enjoyed my stay.

Positive: Staff and outside safe place Negative: Smoking in room, bathroom flush not working even after complaint they didn't fix

They didn't send my check in code and didn't answer the phone or email. so I went somewhere else and lost the $50 I paid them in advance.. they finally sent the code at 10pm after I already found a new place

I love staying here whenever I’m in town! The hostel has made so many improvements since my last visit, and I truly can’t recommend it enough. The staff is professional, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained.

Rooms were clean. People were nice. Beds comfortable. It’s not like a hostel from the movies filled with young European tourists.. it was people from all walks of life and wide age range. Absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend. However, it is not a hotel. Rooms are shared, but each bunk has a curtain to give you privacy. They also provide the linens and blanket and towel. There’s a locker with Lock for your personal stuff. In the room there’s a shared refrigerator and luggage storage.
