Seaside Amelia Inn Amelia Island, FL

Our suite was clean, updated with lovely decor and had a balcony with pool+ocean view for $199 including taxes and a free hot/cold breakfast in a lovely dining area. The coffee/cappuccino machine was wonderful as was the sunrise over the ocean. We walked the 43 minutes to the Historic district after time spent on the pristine beach. The easy walk on the sidewalks of Atlantic Avenue takes you through beautiful neighborhoods, past three perfect local parks, Fort Clinch State Park and Eagan’s Creek. We dined at The Salty Pelican with sunset views of the marina and had the most delicious, huge seasonal salad with blackened grouper for $20.99! We had only less than 24 hours and cannot wait to explore this idyllic island on foot and bike through the massive oak canopy in Fort Clinch State Park

Positive: Location and clean Negative: Very small room ,no full mirror, small shower, hard bed, no curtains at windows so lots of lights coming in, besides clock light and microwave lights

The location of the Hotel is nice. A super plus is this hotel is pet friendly. Mostly all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was challenging. You have to drive up a ramp, and the parking slots seem kind of tight. The room we stayed in was of. The bed was small (queen) and hard. The couch was a pull out (sofa bed) super uncomfortable to sit on. (bar on the back of your legs) . The bathroom tile needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was mediocre. 4 of the milk containers had expired dates on them. It would be nice if they had a couple of tables set off the side for people who have brought their pets along with them. Hard to enjoy the breakfast offered, if you can't leave you pet in the room alone.

It was nice and clean so no ssues there. The room had been renovated so the shower and bathroom were nice. The reason I only gave a 3 to the room was it was VERY small and I had to do a limbo under the TV to get up one side of the bed. For almost $200 you at least expect a normal size room. I might go back there but not a high probability. All the people who worked there were very nice

I stumbled upon this hotel while traveling, and it is just so cute and in the perfect location! Pet, friendly, and an excellent free breakfast. They also have fresh baked cookies in the lobby all day every day, and they are sooo good! The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely be coming back again!
