Beach 5 Villas

We were impressed the moment we walked in by the modern, contemporary décor with a relaxed beach vibe. The unit was spotless and well-appointed with new, matching dishes and silverware, along with new small and large appliances. The bedding and towels were high quality, and we enjoyed some of the best sleep we’ve had—better than during multiple stays at various hotels and Airbnbs. The owners were quick to respond to any additional needs during our stay. Credit to the owners for thoughtfully considering the small details that truly made it feel like home. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

This is a hidden gem! Beautiful surroundings, unexpected luxury and quality accommodations! The 1BR unit was immaculate, with great amenities and stylish decor. 2 min - and you are walking for miles along the shore. I would highly recommend discovering Fernandina and Amelia Island from the vista of this wonderful and serene place. We can't wait to get back!

Highly recommend! Everything was exactly as listed. Super clean and modern. We had everything we needed and more. Host messaged to check in on us periodically, was very kind and quick to respond. Proximity to the beach was perfect. We will absolutely return to stay here again soon!

Awesome property close to the beach very well maintained clean and tidy. We love this area the town has lots to do and the beach is just across the street. Also awesome washer and dryer on site was able to clean our clothes for the long ride home!

First time at Beach 5 Villas (and our first time at Fernandina Beach). We had a wonderful time! Loved the accommodations. Perfect little place for my husband and I. Everything in the description was spot on! Comfortable, lots of special, little touches right down to extra beach towels!! So easy to get to the beach. Quick response to any question we had.
