Ms. Taylor at the desk has made our stay a great experience. We stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas day and she greeted us and took care of us with a beautiful smile on her face. While some people aren't so happy to work these days she definitely did not show that. Great customer service. I hope she is appreciated as much as we appreciated her. Thank you!

Three nights. Three different Hiltons. Three unique experiences. One similarity: The best customer service around. This Home2 had the best Google reviews of the three properties we stayed at during our trip to Florida, but ended up being our least favorite experience. When we arrived late in the evening, we discovered old sushi, sandwiches, and wine in the refrigerator that were clearly past their prime. We also found a large pill on the floor. The room felt very hospital-like. Because it was so late, we stayed the night anyway. Breakfast was included and was perfectly fine. When we reported what we found in the room, the front desk worker was genuinely apologetic and refunded our room immediately, without hesitation or pushback. The service at this hotel was outstanding. The front desk personnel was friendly, and remembered me each time I returned, asking specific questions about my day. Super friendly and made this day so enjoyable. The only negative was the room bed. I booked a long and received a queen however the bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are not aging well. Sticky floors, worn carpet, damaged blinds, old/worn out bedding, hair covering the boxspring below the headboard. Basically, room needed some deep cleaning and refurbishing. |Good location near the beach and Egan’s Creek Greenway. Great ice cream shop next-door. |Not sure we’d come back, unless they clean the rooms better and replace worn out furnishings.

Really enjoy this hotel. We have been coming here a few times a year for the past 3 years. It's close to all the things to do on the island without being over priced. I like the 1 bedroom suite it gives me and my husband plenty of space to spread out. Also the pool is nice and not crowded in the off season.
