Scorpio Condominiums

We booked our 4 night stay through Vail reality. My communication with Ross was excellent. 402 is very clean and recently updated (within past 2 yrs I would say). The condo comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedrooms face the north which is Facing I70( which you do get road noise but not an issue with us) and it has a long balcony . The front of the condo faces south which gives an excellent view of Vail Mountain. There is no air conditioning in the condo but with the front screen window and the bedroom screen door open it allowed plenty of fresh air plus it got down to the 50’s each night so no issue. The condo is nicely decorated and had a very comfortable huge leather couch and 2 huge leather reclining chairs. The location is prime and easy walking distance to Vail Village

LOVE IT!!!! Beautiful decor, everything looks brand new. The kitchen is fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living space is so great, with high end furniture and great finishings - what a treat. The condo also have a murphy bed in living room and washer/dryer inside the unit, everything is clean and well looked after. We loved the location close to everything and quiet in the same time. ||Reservation process was fast with Vail Realty and they explained well about the location and the amenities. ||I would absolutely recommend staying at this condo to any friend or relative. Can't wait to go back!

Unit 402 was a two bedroom, beautiful remodeled condo with views of Vail Mountain. It had a full kitchen and parking. The master bed was very comfortable. It was a short walk into Vail Village and right on the in town free bus. I've stayed in many condos in Vail Village and this one is one of the best. Great value for a family or couple. It's very quite with no noise from the village partiers.

First, the good news: brilliant location, excellent wifi, nice view from small balcony with BBQ, washer & dryer, relatively quiet, beds were comfy, steam shower in main bathroom, keypad entry. Vail Realty handled arrangements easily and responded quickly to 2 minor requests.||||Next, the bad news: Scorpio building is uninviting and needs attention. Unit is drab. Need to replace: furniture, dishware, glassware, flatware, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, bed linens, pillows. Sliding doors and windows need maintenance and security features. Windows were filthy and all heat registers extremely dusty.
