As soon as we walked in and tried to put water in the fridge there was stale milk still in there, kind of taken aback by that, but that was only the beginning. The room looks nothing like it does in the photos and it is so small we had to go outside just to change our minds about staying here. The TV doesn't work and when I tried to get someone to fix it, I called down to the front desk at least 10 times, after a while they disconnected my phone so I couldn't call anymore and had to go down there and each time he forgot about helping me. I wake up this morning cuz there's a coffee maker but that doesn't even work. This is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with in regards to a hotel. They say it's free parking but there's not enough parking stalls for the people staying here. Th
Was clean. No insects. For the price I'm surprised. Only $100 a night no shared bathroom. My friend enjoyed it so much she stayed 3 more nights.
June 2025, several rooms are being remodeled so expect to hear lots of noises. They work late. Also, there was no room service and when we arrived (2 of us), there was only 1 full size towel and 1 wash cloth in the room. Next morning I went to ask for more towels and the door was locked and no manager in the office(no "round the clock assistance from our friendly staff"). Luckily one of the remodeling workers got me a couple more towels. The room got pretty dirty after 4 days especially the floor. The TV....only viewable stuff was if you knew your log in for Prime, Netflix, YouTube, or other source. (no "HBO") The website stated "complimentary breakfast daily"...nope. Not even a granola bar. Front office was also needing to be remodeled. There was a coffee maker but I didn't use it. It w
The area not bad looks dirty from outside but is nicer inside rooms are nice inside staff is cool nice heavy blankets
I used to LOVE this little hotel. It was my favorite little bargain getaway in the city. But for some weird reason, the owners have renovated the rooms into ugly barren jail cells. No carpeting, no furniture, no artwork. What on earth were they thinking when they made these horrible changes??? (The photos in all their listings reflect the way this cute little hotel USED TO LOOK! To use these photos now amounts to fraud..) The only lighting comes from ugly recessed ceiling lights, which are hard to operate. The sheets and towels were stained. The mattress seemed very soft and used. Not comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel is now a reflection of its dilapidated neighborhood. When I first started staying here, it seemed like the people who ran it were older. Maybe they retired and handed off
