“You get what you pay for” - but this place costs too much for how terrible it was. I don’t think you could pay me to stay here again. It was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed at in my entire life, I would not recommend staying here for even half the night. To get the small inconvenient complaints out of the way: the continental breakfast was little more that cereal and fruit and the tiny pool was closed when I stayed. After initially checking in, the room did not have towels in the bathroom so I had to go to the front desk and ask for them and I doubt the bathroom had been cleaned beforehand because there was an empty roll of toilet paper and the mirror appeared dirty (or chipped and rusty. There was mold on the bed skirt. Key card kept having to be replaced due to not working(daily) but the worst part was that when checking out the manger called and said they made a mistake of refunding me $250 from a $50 deposit. They then proceeded to charge my account in total 14 time. And 6 time was after speaking to me. To the point of locking my bank account. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel before

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I had originally booked for one night and was told by staff that morning (extremely nice and helpful African American lady) that my second night was confirmed and payed for. However, later on that afternoon, I was shocked to find out that they had actually not processed the payment- AND they locked me out of my room with my belongings inside. When I tried to explain the situation and retrieve my things, (I was speaking with the Manager-heavy set white woman.) they REFUSED to allow me back into the room UNLESS I payed $175. The rooms were ok, but could be cleaned a little better. The A/C made terrible racket the whole time, making it hard to sleep. We couldn't get the TV to work at all for the whole time we stayed there. The breakfast consisted of either Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran, and no fruit juice. We have stayed in this hotel in the past and it was a nice budget friendly place to stay, doesn't seem that way anymore. On the plus side the people at the desk were friendly.
