Rodeway Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Southeast

I stayed for two nights a few months ago, it was pleasant. The room I was assigned had patterned sheets, which wasn't a problem, just unexpected as the pictures I'd seen online only had white sheets. Reminiscent of the Motel 6 it was previously branded as. The front desk attendant had a bit of trouble finding my reservation but helped me out quickly, and made sure that the details of my stay matched my confirmation, which was greatly appreciated. I work in hotels so I understand some things get lost or changed in PM systems sometimes. TV was a bit outdated, but worked just fine. The room was tidy and the bed was very cozy. No shampoo or shower gel was provided, so if you plan to stay you will need to bring your own. Good stay for the price.

Hotel is reasonably priced, pretty clean and the rooms are comfortable with larger than standard refrigerators. Note, there is limited coffee service and no breakfast offered. Overall, if you just need a place to lay your head, this is a nice place to stay.

It was a bed, but there are no extras. Not even tea bags for the non-coffee drinkers! Finding it was a challenge because the address is on one street but the actual entrance is around the corner. Clearer signage on 28th would help. The facilities were clean and the staff courteous. It was ok but nothing special.

I was thrilled to find the room so spotless clean. No dirt pushed into corners floorboards were spotless. Tub so clean. Loved my stay and would recommend it to any weary traveler
