Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the last 30 years! Owners don’t speak English, so their 12 yr old daughter w/attitude checks me in. Because Hotels.com has me as Tony & not my legal name, she can’t handle that Tony is short for Anthony, obviously & I’m one and the same person. She’s wanting me to change my entire hotels.com acct. I threatened to leave & find somewhere else 2x (in hindsight, i should have done). She finally checks me in, accusing me of being the rudest customer ever. Got to the room. HORRIBLE! So much mold and missing paint. Disgusting.AC didn’t work. Called, &nobody came (😱). Loud, noisy. Never again. Especially for $175/night.

This is the first negative review I’ve ever taken the time to complete. I reserved three rooms at this location with friends and family to attend an event in Corona, California. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a choice hotel property. I could literally write a book about The unfortunate experience I had, but I will just say here are a few of the issues and by a few, I mean some of many. Upon my arrival after a long drive, there was no one in the office, there was no bell. There was no way to signal or ask for anybody. After standing in the parking lot for a while, I decided to go back into the office to see if there was a possible problem since there was nobody in the area. Positive: "" Negative: The hotel room was filthy, dirt marks everywhere, cords unplugged, bad smell. Thankfully they let me switch rooms but not without taking my key card. which didn?t make sense in the moment because I still had to go back and get my stuff.

Good location, quick access to the freeway, quiet area, newly remodeled rooms—everything was fine in that respect. However, the management is reprehensible, especially Dany, the hotel manager. He and his family live there and he acts like he's renting out part of his family home, not managing a public hotel. He shouldn't be implementing his personal rules in a public establishment. Simply put, he and his family shouldn't be living there and kicking out guests for something he didn't like.

I wish I would have read these before booking though super.com , im putting in a complaint with the city health department. I checked in around 7pm and was on my way home shortly after. The moment I opened the door I knew I made a mistake. Roaches immediately running across the floor. Then I got hit by the foul stench of just bad. I began inspecting the room with my black light and what I discovered in rm 211 was so disturbing, so vile that I began questioning myself .Was what I was witnessing really happening. Well it was, the bed was so infested with roaches that the sheets looked like it was moving. The walls under black light look like someone got shot , floors the same, dust so thick proves it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I decided to leave after seeing what I saw. Front de
