SpringHill Suites by Marriott Corona Riverside

I stayed here with my family for a wedding and I was surprised by the team. They were so helpful and friendly. Since I walked in the door they greeted me and got me checked in quickly. The room was surprisingly nice. It was clean, including the bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. I have to give a special shout out to Jordan, the manager, we met him while waiting for our Uber and he was so positive and asked how our stay was going and if we needed any additional amenities. 5-star place highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access. There's also an In-N-Out nearby for quick dining options. The hotel charges a $10 parking fee, but street parking is available as an alternative. However, the cleanliness of the room was a concern, as there were stains on the sofa and toilet. Additionally, the room appeared to be quite dated.

I am very disappointed in the quality of my stay at this hotel. I booked this room to have somewhere to go for the night after my time at Glenn Ivy spa (which was amazing btw), and everything started out okay. After we left the spas it was bit lat and we were very relaxed and tired so we just went to the room and passed out. This hotel offers a continental breakfast so we woke up early so that we could go eat before our day started. Imagine our surprise when we looked at the walls and saw not one but 2 very large roaches just chillen on the wall. We immediately grabbed all of our stuff and checked out early. We did bring it to the attention of the front desk and she assured us that although the manager was not there that day this matter would be taken care of promptly and we were given the

This place was very clean and nice for a reasonable price. I don't think you're going to find a better deal than this for the price range. Front desk lady was very friendly and they offer breakfast from 6-9. Definitely going to be staying here again when I'm in town for work.

We had a wonderful experience at SpringHill Suites, thanks to Lisa at the front desk. When we encountered an issue with our room, she promptly and gracefully assisted us. Lisa made the transition seamless by placing us in another room directly across the hall, which made the situation easy and not at all bothersome. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. She exemplifies superior customer service and represents the SpringHill Suites brand with excellence. Because of her outstanding service, we will definitely be back.
