Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corona, an IHG Hotel

We had another excellent experience with your team. Betty, your manager, Marie (front desk receptionist) and Miria (breakfast hostess) took good care of us. The hotel is always clean and smells fresh from the moment we walk in the front door. The stairwells and rooms are immaculate. The Corona Inn is our 'go-to' hotel. Thank you again for a great visit. We will return when in town again.

Positive: It was clean, staff was friendly and it was very kid friendly. Decent breakfast. Negative: Hot tub was more like a cold tub and there seemed to be little to no effort to fix it while we were there for several days.

This hotel was not great. I usually love Holiday Inn Express hotels but not so much this one. Exterior is lovely. The lobby is very basic and could use help. Checkin was disappointing - I got in very late - about midnight CA time, but for me that was 3:00am. I was exhausted. I walked in the door, the clerk saw me and immediately started walking away and said she would be right back. She went into a room behind the desk and didn’t resurface for six long minutes. There was literally nobody else in the lobby and nothing going on from what I could see. Maybe she had a bathroom emergency, I don’t know. But I was so so tired and had to get up in just four hours, and that delayed checkin seemingly unnecessarily. One side of the hotel is on the expressway and the other is supposedly on a cemetery

We had a great stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Orange County. We stayed for one night and were very pleased with the experience. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is very convenient, centrally located, and easily accessible to everything we needed around Orange County. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a smooth and pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again. If you want it shorter, more enthusiastic, or more formal (Google vs. Booking vs. TripAdvisor), I can adjust it quickly.

Betty and her crew are simply amazing. Hands down the best IHG staff on the West Coast. We are working nights and we are utilizing this location as our central hub. Gavin and Johnny go above and beyond to make sure that we have everything that we need and that we get a good rest. Maria and the ladies in the kitchen really go above and beyond to make sure that we have a great breakfast to start our days. It's a great family environment and we feel very welcomed. Thank you Betty for making us feel at home.
