Nice motel, clean rooms, good service. The Newly renovated rooms are really nice. The maids are quick and quiet. A great spot in a great location

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! Checked in at 11 PM, came back at 2 AM, and guess what? My room was already occupied by someone else! What kind of unprofessional, disgusting place does that? They then handed me a dirty, uncleaned room that stank like a sewer bed full of stains, dust everywhere, and the whole place smelled absolutely horrible. I refused to stay in that filthy dump and left immediately, and to top it all off, they had the audacity to say “no refund.” This place is a total scam filthy rooms, careless staff, and zero respect for customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! You’re better off sleeping in your car than staying in this disgusting excuse for a hotel.

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing from the very beginning. When we arrived, they assigned us to a room that was already occupied, which immediately raised concerns about their management. After bringing this to their attention, we were given another room, but it was in an unacceptable state. The room was not only dirty, but it also reeked of cigarette smoke, despite their claims that it was a "smoky room." Honestly, I can't fathom how anyone could comfortably sleep in such an environment. Frustrated, we decided to leave without staying and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the staff member we spoke to informed us that he couldn’t process a refund. Overall, it was a terribly unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

If I could leave negative Stars I would! There are roaches in the bed, on the floor, the shower tub was filthy, the remote to the TV had no batteries, the phone in the room did not work, the blankets were stained and smelled funny. The drawer was broken, none of the appliances were plugged in so when I went to put my food in the fridge the fridge was nasty and smelled funny. I was in room 111.

Forgot my shampoo and conditioner I have just bought and they didn’t let me go get it. The guy told me he was going to call me and he never did. And they need to buy new towels they look dirty.
