Best Western Corona Hotel & Suites

Ok, so I was happy when I arrived on 2/17/26. The place was clean, lots of handicap parking out front (my mom is senior, disabled). My mom always stays at a Best Western, so my sister booked this stay because we were taking her to Glen Ivy for a day. My sister booked a King suite with a couch pull-out. There were a few issues with service, bad attitudes and misunderstandings. But there were 3 people on the reservation, so why would they not either prep the pullout bed or simply leave pillows and bedding on the couch? Any other hotel would have done that. Aaaaand only 2 bath towels in the bathroom when there are three people on the reservation??? My biggest issue though was what happened the second night. Positive: Location was great. Good food. Nice patio and pool area. Ample parking. Housekeeping when needed. Room was spacious with lots of morning sunlight. Nice size refrigerator and microwave. Negative: Carpet felt like it needed to either be replaced or deep cleaned. It looked okay but outdated.

We were at this property for 5 nights. Pet-friendly room was very spacious, comfortable, very clean & quiet. Beds & pillows were great & water was hot. Breakfast was a little better than normal fare. The TV selection was sub-standard & seemed to change with the day of the week. There were no movie channels & evey channel had advertisings. which was annoying. We were there for a stressful even so we'd have liked to have more options for relaxing television. The location was a bit questionable & there was no security but overall we might stay there again.

The manager Nick, an employee named Christine, and that whole place is disgusting and unprofessional. Don’t stay here unless you and your children like to be walked in on naked by male housekeepers and then have zero accountability taken by the hotel and instead be completely disrespected. Their male housekeeper walked in without knocking at 9am and stood there looking at my 12 year old in a sports bra for several seconds until my shock wore off and told him to get out. They took no accountability and instead made me out to be the bad guy. Nick completely brushed off the situation and defended his employee 100% instead of validating my concern and anger. Rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, with a lot of options. We had a comfortable, stress-free stay.
