Staybridge Suites Corona South by IHG

It was okay, I had stayed here about 8 years ago and it was great, but you can tell they have not taken good care of it. There were stains on the ceilings and carpets. You can tell that the couch needs to be replaced, it was sunk in. One bed had a metal piece sticking out that the sheet cover was ripped from how sharp it was, I’m glad my kids didn’t get hurt, I didn’t notice it until we were leaving. They didn’t even come and clean the room once for the 4 days we were there. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper twice. They never came and took out our trash. We had to pack it up and leave it outside our door for housekeeping to take it. The only positives, front desk staff was nice and beds were comfortable and the location was great.

We had another great stay. The check in process was easy and Amber couldn't have been any nicer. She also checked on us by text offering to help with anything we needed or answer any questions we had. She's a great communicator! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable which for us is one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. It's like sleeping on a cloud. The evening social was great. We had nachos with all the fixings which hit the spot because we hadn't picked up dinner. Our last stay left a little to be desired with breakfast, this time it was great! The offerings were fresh and it wasn't too crowded when we arrived. There is a very nice shopping area less than a 5 minute walk offering many food options, a movie theater, and other shops. It was an overall great experience! The hotel staff took great care of us. Angelique deserves a raise or promotion! She took really good care of us. I would recommend they stay here

The hotel is nice and the rooms were pretty big. But the master bedroom had absolutely no water pressure in the bathroom shower. Had to shower in the spare room bathroom. The free breakfast was normal, didn't understand why they had a parking fee when you're paying over $250 for your room and it's in Corona. I didn't like the couch, seats sunk in and I'm less than 200 lbs and had to fix the 2 seater couch probably 4 times in the 2 hrs I spent on the couch.
